Registration:

In order for the vested benefit from the previous benefit fund to be transferred to us, the pension fund of the previous employer must be informed in good time.

If the person to be insured is not fully able to work, please also use the form:

Note for registration:
All of the persons to be insured have to be registered at the latest at the start of the employment relationship.

Exit:

An employee is leaving your company and you would now like to give notice of the exit from the pension fund?

In order to do this please use the form:

Note for exit:
If the vested benefit is to be transferred to a new benefit fund or are to be paid out in cash, we are reliant on the exact payment instructions or the required supporting documents.

Changes to data of insured persons:

Would you like to give notice of a change or correction to the data of an insured employee (e.g. change in civil status)?

Capital payment:

An employee would like to obtain the old age benefit which is due. as a one-off capital payment upon reaching retirement age?
